功能介绍

如果用户没有上传头像，且用户的邮箱是QQ数字邮箱，显示用户的QQ头像。

注意：头像插件互不兼容，只能有一个启用生效

Gravatar ： Gravatar是全世界流行的头像服务
用户名首字头像 ： 基于用户名生成文字头像，类似Goolge Messager
